What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange claims.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers pay a fixed fee of ₹100 for return shipping. No other restocking charges apply.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are made to the original payment method, or to your bank/UPI account for COD orders.
