  • We sell ethnic and contemporary women’s wear, including Sarees, Gowns, Co-Ord Sets, Salwar Suits, Lehengas, Kurtas, and Shararas.
  • All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

3. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.
  • We accept multiple payment methods, including UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • COD orders require phone verification before dispatch.
  • Orders may be cancelled before shipping by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within India only using trusted partners such as Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart, EcomExpress, and others.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on location.
  • Shipping is free on orders above ₹500.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange claims.
  • A fixed return fee of ₹100 applies.
  • Refunds are issued within 8–15 business days after inspection and approval.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • Violate any local, state, or national laws.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or any malicious code.
