All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when it has been shipped.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.
4. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted courier services, including Bluedart, Mahaveer Courier, DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart, EcomExpress, and XpressBees, to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.
5. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹500.
- For orders below ₹500, a standard shipping fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and SMS. You can use the tracking link provided to check your order status at any time.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD is available across most serviceable pincodes.
- COD orders require phone verification before shipment.
- No additional charge applies for COD payments.
8. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
