Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Belleza Fashion Hub. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- An unboxing video of the parcel opening is mandatory for all return or exchange claims.
- Returns are only accepted for items received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or wrong products received.
- Customers must share the unboxing video and clear photos of the product via email or WhatsApp.
- Replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Return Shipping Charges
- Customers are required to pay a fixed return shipping fee of ₹100.
- No additional restocking fees are charged.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account or UPI ID.
- Refunds are completed within 8–15 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Currently, all product categories (Saree, Gown, Co-ord Set, Salwar Suit, Lehenga Choli, Kurta Set, Sharara) are eligible for return or exchange as per the above conditions.
7. Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping with Belleza Fashion Hub. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be eligible for return or exchange as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly with your order details.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If the cancellation is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 8–15 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will process your refund to your bank account or UPI ID once we collect the necessary details.
4. Order Verification for COD
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require phone verification before shipping. Orders that are not verified may be automatically cancelled
Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Belleza Fashion Hub. We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent refund process for all our customers.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The return request was raised within 7 days of delivery.
- You have shared a valid unboxing video and photos of the issue for verification.
Refunds are not available for change of mind or dissatisfaction with color/fabric variations due to lighting or screen display differences.
2. Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account or UPI ID (details to be provided at the time of request).
3. Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds are issued within 8–15 business days.
4. Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are partially borne by the customer. A fixed fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product has been used, worn, or altered.
- The mandatory unboxing video is not provided.
- The return request was made after the 7-day window.
